"We want to commend two of your employees for their honesty and integrity. I did not get their names, but they stopped in on a service call (which had actually been cancelled) and upon entering our building, they found a MasterCard debit card--which belonged to one of our 911 dispatchers. (She had unknowingly lost it.)
She also passes along that she is so grateful and thankful for them turning it in.
You should be proud to have such great employees."
